The watch is compatible with Vodafone, O2, and Three. If you experience issues with a SIM card from an MVNO, please go to the imoo App, select More, then Watch Settings, and adjust the Access Point Name (APN) settings.

No, a SIM card is not included. Before inserting a SIM card into the watch, ensure that the SIM PIN is turned off on your phone.
How can I ensure the locating function works properly?
To enable proper location tracking, go to the imoo App, select More, then Watch Settings, and adjust the Privacy settings to allow access to the watch’s location.
